At Notables, we specialize in wedding and event invitations, offering a full-service experience that makes the process of ordering wedding invitations fun and efficient. From simple elegance to modern and chic, our wedding invitation consultants will work with you to create the perfect wedding invitation for you and your style.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Do I need an appointment to look at wedding invitations? We do recommend that you make an appointment. In order to deliver the service that Notables is known for, we want to be sure that we reserve time just for you and that we have a dedicated invitation consultant available to work with you. Since we are a busy retail store in addition to our wedding invitation services, it is very difficult to accommodate walk-ins.

How long is a first appointment? For your first appointment with us, we reserve a one hour time slot for you to meet with one of our invitation consultants who will guide you through the process.

When your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a link to our Wedding Questionnaire that we ask you to complete and submit to us at least two days prior to your appointment. It’s a quick and easy survey that lets us learn a little more about you and your wedding so that we may help you create an invitation that matches your vision.

What can I expect at my first appointment? During your appointment, we go over your vision for your wedding with the help of gaining inspiration from in-store samples ~ or better yet, Pinterest! We’d love to see your Pinterest boards dedicated to your wedding. {If you are looking for a little more inspiration, here are ours.} We’ll go over all the different typestyles, ink colours, motifs, patterns, pockets, and envelope liners we could possibly do. We’ll answer all of your questions about design, pricing and etiquette during your appointment.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment? Since we have a limited number of appointments available, and are holding this time slot just for you, we ask that you please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment so that we can free up that time for another client.
